Modification/Termination by SEO King®

In the event of termination, you will still be bound by your obligations under this Agreement and any Additional Terms, including the warranties made by you, and by the disclaimers and limitations of liability. Additionally, SEO King® shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to a SEO King® Internet Service.

SEO King® reserves the right to take exclusive control and defense of any such claim otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate fully with SEO King® in asserting any available defenses.
